Mainly used for the high-fine powder processing of over 280 varieties of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with the Mohs hardness of no more than 9.3, and humidity of below 6%, such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, and insulation materials, in such industries as mine, chemical and construction.

Working Principle

With the centrifugal force, the roller of raymond mill is tightly rolled on the milling ring. The materials are scooped up between the milling roller and the milling ring by the shovel blade and are crushed into powder by the grinding pressure. The powder materials will be delivered to the analytical engine by the blower. The materials with qualified fineness will be delivered to the analytical engine, and unqualified materials will return to the grinding chamber for continuous milling. The materials through the analytical engine will be separated and collected in the cyclone separator.
